The Kepler and Sirius programs include data for more than 2,000 earthquakes. The data was provided by Joelle Steele, who began researching earthquakes and compiling her Seismic Data Collection in 1973.

Joelle is an astrologer, artist, writer, publisher, and educator who maintains several Web sites for her business pursuits. She has a degree in Language Arts and writes and illustrates books and articles on topics such as astrology, horticulture, cats, Web site development, small business, art, and writing. She was born on April 19, 1951 at 9:11am in San Francisco, CA.
