We also insure that the software is beautiful and easy to use. Very often software becomes more difficult to use as it becomes more powerful. However, this is not the case with our software. Each new version is more powerful and flexible, and yet easy to use.

Astrology has evolved over thousands of years in many cultures and there are seemingly endless number of techniques, theories, applications, and features that can be added to Kepler. If you have any technique in mind that is not in the Kepler program, let me know.

We take special pride in providing excellent customer support, and we work very hard to create not only a beautiful, easy to use, thoroughly debugged program at a reasonable price, but to support every customer as well. Most customers prefer to use email to contact us.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM USING KEPLER, PEGASUS, AND ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS:
We are determined to see that every customer is happy with KEPLER and that the program performs well for each one of you. So if you have a problem and you cannot find the answer to your problem in our "Kepler Help" system, call us and we will do our best to straighten out the problem as soon as possible. If the problem is a minor one, you may prefer to write us about it.

Technical Support:
Our regular office hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday. The phone number for technical support is 352-373-1504. (Use the toll free 800 number for orders only). If you cannot call us during our office hours, let us know. Because many customers live in different time zones it may be difficult to call us during business hours. We can set an appointment for you to call us after office hours on weekdays only.

Another good alternative to calling or writing is to fax your question to us. Our fax number is 352-374-8826. The best and the cheapest way to contact us is by E-mail. Our E-mail address is kepler@astrosoftware.com

Our office is closed on Christmas Day, and New Years Day.

NEWSLETTER:
You will receive our newsletter KEPLER NEWS about once a year. The newsletter will let you know what improvements and new options are available and what our plans for the future are. Also, we send out an e-mail newsletter about 3 times per year. Because people often change their e-mail address, as well as change their physical address, some customers do not receive these newsletters after moving and/or changing their e-mail address. If you move or change your e-mail address and you want to keep receiving the newsletters, let us know when your physical address or e-mail address changes along with your old address to confirm. Also, let us know what new features you would like to see in the KEPLER program. Requests from customers has a big influence on what features we decide to add.

UPDATES:
Virtually all software, no matter how rigorously tested, has some bugs. When we hear about any problems or bugs in Kepler, we immediately fix the problem, and put the update on our website. We recommend going to our website, www.AstroSoftware.com, and clicking on the "Updates to Kepler" link, and following the instructions for downloading and installing the update to your version of Kepler periodically. Within a half year of a new release of Kepler, it is a good idea to do this every 2 to 3 months. If you don't find an update on our website, most likely you have purchased Kepler within a few months of release of the new version of Kepler and no bugs have been found yet.
