Stephanie R. Spencer is a holistic life coach who specializes in bodywork coupled with spiritual healing. Stephanie has been a licensed massage therapist for 14 years and counting, specializing in medical massage and is a practitioner of CranioSacral Therapy (CST), a type of gentle healing therapy that releases bodily tension and enhances and improves central nervous system health. In her metaphysical work, Stephanie is a certified Reiki master alongside being a spiritual wellness coach who actively incorporates vibrational astrology into these practices, converting energetic frequencies and harmonics into tools that allow for her clients to heal and understand themselves better.
