T his interpretation is based on an astrological technique called transits. While your natal chart shows the planets as they were at the moment of birth at the place of birth, the celestial bodies continue to travel in their orbits around the solar system (and thus also around the zodiac as shown in the horoscope). When they come in contact with positions where the planets in your natal chart are located, either by passing directly over the same position, or form different angular distances to these (aspects), something will happen. What happens will be in accordance with the symbolism of the two planets and the aspect formed. To know which planets that are in operation, you will find these stated behind the date when they occur. These are either given as a letter abbreviation of the planet name and the aspect name, or as a symbol, depending on which program you use (for example, "Sat konj Pluto", which stands for Saturn in conjunction with Pluto (the transit plane first, then the aspect and the plane in the natal chart)).
