In AstroSignature research and AstroSignature and Electional Graph AstroSignatures you can now specify a range of declinations. This is helpful, for example, if you wish to consider planets that are out of bounds (declination greater than 23 N 27 declination or less than 23 N 27 declination 0 or near zero declination).
