Chart wheels can have the aspect grid and aspectlines in direct distance instead of angular distance calculated in zodiac longitude.
Sirius offers a very large number of coordinate systems, such as right ascension, local space, heliocentric, etc., but until Sirius 1.2 it has not been possible to view a chart wheelwith aspect lines and an aspect grid drawn in directdistance. Measurements in direct distance determine angular relationships between planets in a great circledefined by the planets rather than projecting the planets on a different great circle such as the ecliptic plane or equatorial plane. Although this explanation is a bit technical, it is not necessary to understand the underlying technical details to use this feature.
