Importing places

This feature was added mostly for our use when adding new more places to an atlas, and is not likely to be of use to most customers. When expanding the atlas with more places, there is now an option to not import places that are already in the file. This is helpful when importing places from a file in which only names of places that are not already in the database of places should be imported.
