FIVE METHODS FOR CALCULATING SECONDARY PROGRESSED HOUSES

Astrologers agree about how to calculate secondary progressed planets, but there are different theories about how to calculate secondary progressed houses. In Sirius 1.3 there are four methods to select from. In Sirius 2.0 we have added five more methods therefore, there are 9 methods for calculating secondary progressed houses in Sirius. These five new methods are used extensively by western sidereal astrologers but you don’t have to be a sidereal astrologer to use them and they can be used in the tropical zodiac as well.

The five additional methods for calculating secondary progressed houses are: Quotdian with Bija correction, Quotidian Without Bija Correction, Fagan-Naibod, Quotidian Mean Sun, and the PSR Method (Progressed Solar Return). Technical details about how these house cusps are calculated and documentation on the accuracy of the calculations is provided in the Sirius 2.0 Help.
